Visitor Agreements are available at the Front Desk. The agreement is two pages and both pages need to be completed for all visitors.

Anyone under the age of 18 must have their parent's signature on the Visitor Agreement before their first visit.

​

Outside of Front Desk hours, completed Visitor Agreements and the $8 daily fee can be placed in the green box next to the beverage frig or in the black suggestion box hanging from the end of the Front Desk.
