Membership is easy!  We will ask you to complete a membership agreement and provide us with a credit/debit card or bank account to charge fees. Only the enrollment fee, first month's prorated fee and key tag deposit ($15) are required at sign-up.   We offer Gym Only memberships which include the use of all the facilities  and Gym Plus memberships that also include classes. There are discounts for couples, seniors, and youth memberships as well as periodic special promotions.

For our members' convenience, memberships are on a monthly basis and  fees will be automatically deducted from your bank or credit card account on the 5th of each month. Memberships can be cancelled by submitting a written cancellation request form to us by the 20th of the preceding month. We will then refund $10 of your key tag deposit to your credit card or bank account.

We hate to see you go but understand circumstances change. To cancel your membership, please complete the Cancellation Request Form and get it to us by noon on the 20th of the month. As long as we receive the form on time, there will not be any further automatic withdrawals.  Unfortunately we will not be able to process forms received after the 20th of the month until after the next withdrawal.

get it to us by noon on the 20th of preceding month. Email, mail or drop off your completed form by the 20th and your membership will end at the end of the month with no further deductions.

Hold Request

We can put your membership on hold for up to two months if you are traveling or have a medical issue.

Please fill in the form and leave your keys with us during your absence.


Visitors are always welcome. We offer daily, 10-day and monthly visitor passes.

Visitors can use the intercom to the left of the Front Door to be "buzzed" in our locked doors.
